This well appointed 2-bedroom penthouse apartment (sleeps six) has amazing views over the 3rd and 4th fairways, lake and beyond to the Mar Menor.

The town centre is still under construction but once finished you will find all day to day amenities required within a restored Hacienda of historical importance. There will be a variety of restaurants, beauty salon, supermarket, hairdressers and much more, all with the peace of mind 24 hour security and CCTV gives you.

Hacienda Riquelme Golf Resort has been designed by top professionals and boasts a splendid 18 hole par-72 golf course designed by Jack Nicklaus which we hope to see on the PGA circuit.

The resort opened in December 2007 for the first residents. The par 72 golf course opened in June 2008. It is just 15 minutes away from the Polaris World resorts of El Valle and La Torre. There is a shuttle bus which runs between the three locations and the Mar Menor resort, 20 minutes away.

San Javier-Murcia Airport is only 15 minutes away. (To be precise, the airport is called Murcia airport, despite the fact that lies about 45 km outside of the city close to a small town called San Javier. It is perfectly located to serve the southern Costa Blanca and Costa Calida area, as it lies just in between three major cities: Murcia, Cartagena and Torrevieja. Being just around 30 km away from the La Manga area, it also attracts thousands of tourists and residents every year. Easyjet and Monarch).

Flights to Murcia are available from nineteen different UK Airports. Low Cost Airlines include Easyjet, BmiBaby, Jet2 and Ryanair.

Alicante International Airport is around a 40 minute journey from the resort, ensuring easy access to all main European cities. Flights to Alicante are available from a number of airlines including Aer Lingus - BMI Baby - British Airways - Easyjet - First Choice - FlyBe - FlyGlobespan - Jet 2 - Monarch - Ryanair and Thomsonfly which operate from a large number of UK Airports.
